1 General Terms

aq99o reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. Acceptable documents include a national identity card, passport, or driving licence issued by a recognised authority. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure, and any winnings accrued during an unverified period may be withheld pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money features on aq99o — including placing bets, depositing funds, and claiming bonuses — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. Each individual may hold only one account. Registering multiple accounts is a material breach of these terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

Accurate Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must keep this information current. Username and Password

You are responsible for choosing a secure password and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified aq99o of unauthorised access.

Identity Verification (KYC)

aq99o may require you to complete identity verification (commonly referred to as Know Your Customer, or KYC) before processing your first withdrawal or at any time at our reasonable discretion. Verification documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address dated within the last three months, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is completed. aq99o is not liable for any delay in processing withdrawals where that delay is caused by a player's failure to provide required verification documents.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on aq99o are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). aq99o supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your aq99o wallet within 60 seconds of confirmation.
• aq99o does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply transaction fees; check with your provider for details.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• aq99o reserves the right to return a deposit and request an alternative payment method if we are unable to verify the source of funds.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, unless aq99o support authorises an alternative in writing.
• You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals are subject to any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds in your account. Free funds (non-bonus real-money balance) may be withdrawn at any time without restriction.
• aq99o aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any ongoing verification requirements.
• aq99o reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing large withdrawals or withdrawals to new payment methods.

5 Bonus & Promotions Terms

aq99o offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, as well as these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. A wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or in some cases, bonus plus deposit amount) must be staked on eligible games before the bonus can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering requirement multiplier is clearly stated on each individual bonus offer.

Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally — or at all — to wagering requirements. Live casino games and slots may contribute at different rates. Placing bets on excluded games while a bonus is active will not count toward wagering requirements and may result in voiding of the bonus in cases of suspected abuse.

Bonus Abuse

aq99o takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using irregular bet patterns designed to minimise risk while completing wagering requirements (commonly called "bonus hunting" or "arbitrage betting"); colluding with other players to complete wagering requirements; and exploiting technical errors or miscalculations on bonus offers.

Where aq99o identifies suspected bonus abuse, we reserve the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the account without prior notice.

Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period, typically stated in days from the date of issue. If the wagering requirement is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using aq99o, you agree to act in accordance with these terms and all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aq99o platform:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or another person's identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players, engaging in chip-dumping in poker or table games, or exploiting any game mechanic in a manner not intended by the game provider.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of any aq99o software or third-party game software.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any other form of sports integrity violation.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing aq99o staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, vulnerabilities, or display errors to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided.

aq99o cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and relevant regulatory bodies when required. Any activity suspected to involve financial crime, fraud, or match-fixing will be reported to the appropriate authorities. aq99o reserves the right to freeze account funds pending such investigations.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by You

You may request closure of your aq99o account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon receiving your request, aq99o will close the account and return any available real-money balance (excluding pending or uncleared bonus funds) to you via your registered payment method. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours.

Suspension or Closure by aq99o

aq99o reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at our reasonable discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime.
• Behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward aq99o staff or other players.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Suspected use of automated betting tools or manipulation software.
• A player self-exclusion request — either initiated by you directly or via a third-party responsible gaming service.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of these terms, aq99o reserves the right to withhold outstanding balances pending investigation. Where funds are determined to have been obtained through fraudulent or prohibited means, those funds will be forfeited.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the aq99o platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and brand assets — is the intellectual property of aq99o or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the aq99o platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the aq99o platform without the prior written consent of aq99o or the relevant rights holder.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is used by aq99o under licence. Any unauthorised reproduction of third-party game content is a violation of both these terms and the applicable third-party licence agreements.

9 Liability & Disclaimer

• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law. This disclaimer applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10 Amendments to These Terms

aq99o reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice, except where applicable law requires a specific notice period. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Where amendments are material — for example, changes to withdrawal policies, bonus eligibility criteria, or account closure procedures — aq99o will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account.
